On Thursday, February 27, 2014, Sean Hannity on Fox News hosted Patrick Moore, a renowned environmentalist who, in his early years,  was very much aligned with Greenpeace, a well known environmental lobbying group. Moore left Greenpeace in the mid-80’s because radical leftists took it over. He is a Ph.D. in Ecology and is very well versed in the global warming hysteria. His position is the earth has warmed a little bit, and that may well be a good thing. He recognizes the climate models are bogus. See The Biz Bucks Blog from last week “Models Schmodels”.

Moore explains the current hysteria as the convergence of at least four groups: politicians seeking influence, enviros attempting to take over energy policy and increase donations, the media that craves sensationalism, and the university grant system that is run by leftists. The Biz Bucks Guy would add to that Statists, who have parasitically embraced global warming as a means to invoke socialism.

The Biz Bucks Guy did a little reading about Moore. He seems the "real deal". Media Matters, George Soros’ rag, has tried to vilify him with the usual ad hominem attacks. No facts, just personal smearing. Did you know this terrible person works for nuclear companies? The shame!  Of course, The Biz Bucks Guy worked in that industry for several years.

The entire interview is insightful. Use the link above to view it. This is one of the few interviews in which Hannity shuts his trap and lets the guest speak his mind.
