About Llewellyn Consulting

In 1996, Bob Llewellyn formed Llewellyn Consulting, a sole proprietorship focused on building business skills in corporate settings. In addition to consulting in strategy and management systems, he has designed and delivered the Biz Bucks series of business acumen courses, now having taught over 4500 people. He is also the CEO of BizBasicsOnline.com, an online educational site dedicated to teaching the basic quantitative skills of business. In 2018, Richard Peña joined Llewellyn Consulting as Senior Consultant and Biz Bucks trainer.

Bob's Experience

Bob's 45 years of industry experience spans a diverse set of functions, primarily in the electric-energy industry. These include both leadership and professional work in engineering, marketing, budgeting, management control systems, compensation, and his passion, organizational effectiveness.

He has an electrical engineering degree from Arizona State University and an MBA from the Marshall School at the University of Southern California.

He and his wife, Marilyn, have six children and seventeen grandchildren. They reside in Phoenix, Arizona. Bob enjoys golf, guitar strumming, and "harassing" his grandkids. His volunteer efforts focus on the Boy Scouts of America and church service.

Richard's Experience

Richard began his career at Public Service Company of Colorado in the Production Department as a Results Engineer in 1975. He progressed through the plants in Pueblo, Boulder and Denver, reaching the position of Results Engineering Supervisor. He moved to San Antonio to work with City Public Service Company of San Antonio, now CPS Energy, as Test Engineer. His positions included Director of Maintenance and Betterment Services, Vice President Gas Operations, Vice President Fossil Generation, Senior Vice President Energy Supply, and Senior Vice President of Energy Supply and Market Operations.

He retired from CPS Energy in 2014, and is presently a Consultant with C M  Lantana Consultants. He is a graduate of UT El Paso with a BSME, and Our Lady of the Lake University with an MBA. He has now joined Llewellyn Consulting as Senior Consultant and Biz Bucks Instructor.
